Quality inspection and control for semi-finished and finished profiles are carried out using methods such as spectral analysis, along with specialized inspection roles—including quality checks on round cast ingots, extrusion processes, stacking inspections, final product inspections, and routine patrols—to ensure rigorous monitoring at every stage. For each process involved in product realization, critical control points are established within the process inspections, guaranteeing seamless integration and eliminating any blind spots or omissions throughout the entire quality-control system.
The company is equipped with advanced and comprehensive product-testing equipment typical of the domestic aluminum profile industry, including a direct-reading spectrometer, a 50 kN micro-electronic universal tensile testing machine, a salt-spray chamber, a microcomputer-based gloss meter, and an impact testing machine, among others.
